A suit or action in a court to remove a defect, cloud, or claim against the
title to real property. QUITCLAIM DEED
A type of deed that will effectively convey any present interest, claim, or
title to real property that the seller (grantor) may own. QUORUM
The minimum number of persons who may lawfully transact the business of a
meeting (51% or four of the members of the Florida Real Estate Commission.)
